Cerebral Palsy (CP)

CP patients are treated in a designated children’s hospital, which is one of the world’s leading facilities for the treatment of Cerebral Palsy (CP) related medical conditions, including functional and developmental issues. Patients from all over the world come to be treated at this hospital. Therefore it is adapted to a diversity of religions, languages and cultures.

The professional staff includes a developmental pediatrician, a pediatric neurologist, a pediatric orthopedist, a physiotherapist, an occupational therapist, and a social worker.

Once the CP patient arrives at the facility, he or she receives a comprehensive professional evaluation and diagnosis and a personal program is created according to the patient’s specific needs.

Within the capacity of medical tourism a CP patient can be treated in a variety of ways;

  • If necessary, adaptation of walking aides, splints, and operations for improving the walking skills and for avoiding complications.
